Cosmetica Limited (Company No. 08120441) trading as Cosmetica London

At Cosmetica London every patient receives a thorough treatment and care provided by specialists, trained within their field. Each individual and business with whom Cosmetica London deals with has been selected for the quality of the services or products they offer. Cosmetica London offers competitive pricing for all its treatments and procedures, offered in a regulated environment by professional, trained and experienced hands providing the reassurance that treatment will reflect care and quality throughout. However, when the patient fails to arrive at appointments,  practitioners are left idle. Our prices would have to increase to facilitate this if we’re to make allowances for no-shows.

In order to maintain our professional standards, ensure appointment slots, and meet patient expectations, a £50 deposit fee is paid in advance of all appointments with our doctors and aestheticians . We use a safe and secure Worldpay system for payments. Please note that this booking fee is not refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or you choose not to go ahead with treatment for personal reasons. The £50 fee is redeemable against treatments and products.

Our team is here to help provide you with all the necessary information and medical advice you may need to make an informed decision about your treatment.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book in advance all appointments as we get very booked up especially on peak times of evenings and Saturdays. This way, you get your preferred date and time.

Top-up appointments for Anti-wrinkle injections can only be done two weeks after the first appointment, but cannot be done after three weeks maximum.

Cosmetica London provides the patient with a courtesy appointment reminder 48 hours prior to treatment. These are automated emails and SMS messages. We request cancellations are made by phone, email or in person 48 hours before. We would be grateful if you could be sure to do so, as soon as you know, to avoid any confusion and to help maintain our level of service to all our patients.

Those who cancel a Doctor, Aesthetician and Laser Therapist appointment with sufficient notice (minimum 48 hours) are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking.

Those that do not provide 48 hours notice wishing to cancel or amend an appointment will have their deposit money forfeited from their account with the clinic. To secure a new appointment, we will request another booking fee. ’No-Show’ clients will lose the deposit money and will be required to pay a new booking fee for a new appointment.

We ask that you always allow enough time for your appointment and arrive 5 minutes prior. Please note, that as a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, and late appointments may not be honoured. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, there may be times when a late arrival may result in reduced consultation time, or we may have to reschedule your treatment. Cosmetica London will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment. If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, your default fee may be refunded at our discretion.

Please note if you are unsuitable for treatment due to being tanned in any way i.e. fake tan, sun beds and sun exposure the following will apply.

  • Deposit money will be used against that treatment.

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and valid for the duration stated on your signed consent form from the date of the booking. Any monies paid but not used within this time will be forfeit and not eligible for a refund or credit to an alternative treatment. We will endeavour that your course of treatments will be carried out by the same practitioner, however circumstances do arise that may prevent this.

Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other current offer/promotion and exclude consultations, skincare products and other stipulations made. All offers are subject to a full consultation and patient suitability.

All offers are subject to availability and Cosmetica London reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.
