Deliveries & Returns
Delivery
We offer two shipping methods to the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international deliveries, and we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: £7.65 (Next day, guaranteed by 1pm*) *Monday – Friday deliveries only. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday*
- Royal Mail UK Standard 2nd Class: £3.95 (Approx 2-3 workings day delivery*) *this does not cover compensation if your products go missing in the post. We cannot replace them or offer a refund*
- Free delivery when you spend £150 and over.
**PLEASE NOTE** If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday, it will not be despatched until Monday, and the applicable working days delivery times will apply. Over Christmas, New Year, and other UK Bank Holiday periods, orders will take longer to be despatched.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 14 days in perfect original saleable condition. We will try our best to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, but please note this may take around 7 working days from receipt of your parcel. Return postage is to be covered by the customer and at your own risk. We do recommend using a trackable returns service.
Refunds:

Listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return.
Then please post your product back to us within 14 days, including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.

If approved, your refund (if the product’s packaging is not open, the seal is not broken, and is in perfect condition) will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Please allow a week from receipt of the parcel before the refund is completed.
Exchanges:

Listing your name, order number, the product you wish to exchange and the reason for that exchange.
Then please post your product back to us within 14 days, including your name and order number, the reason for exchange, and what you would like to exchange your purchase for inside the package. Returns Address: Cosmetica London, 4 Hildreth Street, London. SW12 9RQ.
Your exchange will be processed once your return is received and inspected (products packaging is not open, the seal is not broken, and in perfect saleable condition). Please allow 3 working days from receipt of the parcel to despatch.
Then please post your product back to us within 14 days, including your name and order number, the reason for exchange, and what you would like to exchange your purchase for inside the package.

Faulty Products Returns Policy:
Customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchase.
Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence or not following the product instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
