What makes babyGLOW so innovative (and why Dr Mica and Dr Asha champion it so much!) is that it sits firmly in the category of skin quality treatments, not volumisation. The treatment combines high molecular weight, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a carefully balanced mix of amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. In practical terms, this means it works to restore moisture levels, improve texture and support your skin’s natural renewal processes… not adding bulk, introducing artificial volume or changing the structure of your beautiful face. At your appointment
A babyGLOW treatment takes around 30 minutes. It follows a precise 16-point injection protocol, with 8 injection points on each side of the face. It’s very tolerable and unlike other skin boosters, it has little to no downtime, with redness and ‘blebs’ subsiding very quickly. Patients generally report being able to return to their normal activities the same day.
Most people notice improved radiance within a few days of treatment, although the best results are seen over a course of treatment. At Cosmetica, we recommend a course of 2 or 3 treatments (your practitioner will recommend the optimal number of sessions for your skin concerns) followed by maintenance sessions as needed.
