BeautifEYE Treatment FAQs

The BeautifEYE procedure from FILLMED, uses especially fine Nano Soft needles to target the delicate skin around the eyes.

The triple microneedle handset allows greater accuracy and a gentler delivery of a rich hyaluronic acid solution pushed under the skin, brightening, plumping and rejuvenating from the inside out.

It effectively targets dark circles, eye bags, lines and wrinkles in the eye area, promoting renewed radiance and increasing hydration within this sensitive skin.

Firstly you’ll receive a full consultation with our aesthetic therapist who is likely to recommend a course of treatments.  

Each beautifEYE treatment lasts around 45 minutes and has three stages.

Firstly, your therapist will apply a gentle peel which targets uneven skin and corrects pigmentation disorders under the eye.  

This is followed by the main part of the treatment – the injection of a solution of hyaluronic acid and 59 other active ingredients, including amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants.  The NANOSOFT needle pen has been developed to minimise pain and bruising.

Finally, a soothing recovery cream will be applied and you’ll be given a nourishing mask to apply at home once the skin barrier has completely repaired.

The beautifEYE treatment is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.  It’s also unsuitable for those with an autoimmune disease or anyone taking immuno-therapeutic treatments.  If you have a history of allergies, infections or inflammation in the eye area, you must inform your clinician.

The active ingredients used in the BeautifEYE  treatment will take a few days or weeks to disperse under the skin and rejuvenate the area so the impact will further improve as time goes on.  The best results will be found at the end of the course of treatment.

The beautifEYE treatment is not permanent because the serum gets absorbed by the skin but the effects of the active ingredients will continue to benefit the eye area and show results for up to 3-6 months depending on the individual.  To maintain the effects, we recommend a top up every 6 months at least, but this treatment can be given monthly.

Immediately after treatment, you may notice tiny pin prick marks or papules, along with some redness or a “tight” feeling.  This will diminish over the following 48 hours.

Makeup should be avoided whilst the area heals and you should try to not touch your skin.

For at least 24 hours post-treatment, it’s recommended you avoid extreme temperatures, sunbeds and swimming.  An SPF of 50 must be worn on the area and you should avoid abrasive skin treatments for 5 days.  Always ensure you follow the aftercare advice and use any post-treatment creams or masks.
